SCOUT - Incident Response
The SCOUT app allows users to access features such as General Message Reports, Chat, and Map viewing and markup for the SCOUT incident response system.
Create Circles, Polygons, and Text Labels while in the incident map in a given collaboration room. You can also add and delete image markers.
